Call Record Center use ODBC technology to access a
database. A default database file, named CallRecordCenter.mdb,
is provided within the software installation package.
It will be found under the directory $INSTALL_DIR\Databases
($INSTALL_DIR is the install directory of Call Record
Center). Before beginning use the software, users should
create an ODBC DSN on their systems. Followings are
step by step instructions for doing this:
Step1: Set the name for the ODBC DSN:
Start the Call Record Server, and press the "Configurations"
button. In following window, enter the DSN name (Anything
you will call the database source). Press "Ok"
to return.

Step2: Create an ODBC DSN:
1. From the Start menu of your system, open the Control
Panel.

2. Double click on the "Administrative Tools"
icon.

3. Double click on the "Data Source(ODBC) icon
to open the ODBC Data Administrator window. Select "System
DSN" tab item.

4. Press the "Add..." button in the above
window. Then select a database driver for the DSN in
the following window (Here the "Driver do Microsoft
Access(*mdb)" is selected, you can also select
other Mdb drivers):

5. Then enter the name for the DSN and select the database
file as following window explains.
Remember that the name you entered here must be the
same as you set in step 1. Generally, you will use the
default database file under the directory $INSTALL_DIR\Databases.
6. Press "Ok" button to return. The DSN you
just created will appear in the "ODBC Data Administrator
window":
